Shipping Policy

 

Artworks are shipped from Cyprus and worldwide shipping is available.

 

Orders are shipped using trusted courier services whenever possible to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Original paintings are securely wrapped using protective materials such as bubble wrap and reinforced packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

 

Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional customs fees caused by incorrect address details or international import regulations.

 

Paintings larger than 150 cm may be shipped unmounted and carefully rolled in protective packaging for safer transport and handling.

 

Collectors are responsible for mounting or stretching large rolled artworks after delivery. Professional framing or mounting by a local frame shop is strongly recommended for the best presentation and long-term preservation of the artwork.

 

Please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

 

* the artwork,

* the packaging,

* and any visible damage.
