Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks, refunds are not available.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by email, including the reason for the exchange request.
Returned artworks must:
* be shipped back in original condition,
* include the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging,
* and be securely wrapped using protective materials such as bubble wrap.
Artworks that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging or mishandling during return shipping may not qualify for exchange.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any associated shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an artwork arrives damaged upon delivery, collectors must contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photographs of:
* the artwork,
* the packaging,
* and any visible damage.
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, collectors may select another available artwork of the same value.
Custom commissions and personalized artworks are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
