All original artworks are authentic, original pieces created by the artist.
Some artworks may not feature a visible front signature as part of the artistic composition and presentation.
However, all artworks are signed on the reverse side and stamped with the artist’s official logo for authenticity.
Each artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Artwork Care
To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your artwork, please follow the care recommendations below.
Watercolor and ink artworks should not be displayed in direct sunlight or on humid walls, as moisture and prolonged UV exposure may affect the paper and pigments over time.
Artwork on paper is recommended to be professionally framed for additional protection and long-term preservation.
Acrylic and oil paintings should be cleaned gently using a soft microfiber cloth only.
Do not use water, cleaning liquids, sprays, or chemical products on the artwork, as these may damage the surface, pigments, or protective finishes.
For best preservation, display artworks in a dry indoor environment away from excessive heat, humidity, or direct sunlight.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and device displays.
Every effort is made to photograph and present the artwork as accurately as possible while preserving the true character and detail of the original piece.
Due to the unique and original nature of the artwork, refunds are not available.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
* the artwork,
* the packaging,
* and any visible damage.
For any return or exchange request, collectors must first contact us by email explaining the reason for the return.
Returned artwork must:
* be sent back in its original condition,
* include the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging,
* and be securely wrapped with protective materials such as bubble wrap.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected, collectors may select another available artwork of the same value.
Artwork returned damaged, altered, or improperly packaged may not qualify for exchange.
Custom commissions and personalized artworks are final sale.
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Original paintings are securely wrapped using protective materials such as bubble wrap and reinforced packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.
Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional customs fees caused by incorrect address details or international import regulations.
Please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

* the packaging,
* and any visible damage.
This documentation is required for shipping claims and exchange eligibility.
Large Scale Artwork
Paintings larger than 150 cm may be shipped unmounted and carefully rolled in protective packaging for safer international transport and handling.
Collectors are responsible for mounting or stretching the artwork after delivery.
For the best presentation and long-term preservation of the artwork, professional mounting or framing by a local frame shop is strongly recommended.
